Which email service is the best?

Right now I'm using gmail, but I'm curious how other option like yahoo mail and outlook.com compare. Which do you use? Which do you think is the best for email?

I've tried so many but for me gmail won out. Yahoo has this nasty habit of not letting me sign in and then I run out of tries and it's really annoying plus it has spam. Hotmail/outlook omg wayyyy too much spam. Gmail for me works perfect with no spam.

Can someone explain what makes one easier or better than the others? I find that they all do imap/pop/smtp and the like. So what makes one easier than the others?
