There's going to be something within the contracts of the various social media outlets and online photo galleries she's used that will negate her ability to actually "win" anything...and she will find that she signed away her "rights" to privacy in this manner by simply using these websites, and that she is wasting her time. Corporate lawyers are just sitting back throwing "Terms and Conditions" agreements in a box and letting her come to court so they can get paid their nice salary and teach some of the new comers at their firms about prison raping a naive accuser.

In the end, this will follow the same path many other people have tried to take in the past, and she will spend money to find out that she actually gave these websites permission, at some point, to do exactly what she's suing them for.
