There was a coffeehouse in my neighbourhood back in the 90s that has long since closed. They used to have open mic nights. The guy who hosted open mic night only pulled the plug on one person that I know of. She was doing Yoko Ono covers. The customers were leaving. I have no idea why she chose those songs. The originals were unlistenable too.

You know what's crazy?? It is -17 this morning and it doesn't matter anymore. It's been so cold for so long. I did hear on the news last night there's a chance we could hit 40 next week.
