Box Jumps 4 sets 15 reps
Ab-Solo 4 sets 40 reps
1 mile 50lb fireman carry 4.0 speed/5.0 incline

Johnny Lang is kinda HOT !!

I remember the Allman Bros bringing him up on stage when he was 10 years old and blew everyone away. As years went by and he got into blues I got into him and Kenny Wayne Sheppard more and really like them both. I have all their CDS. I saw Johnny Lang in concert last year in Tampa.
