I took my laundry to my mom's house on Tuesday. Her dryer broke, so I ended up going to a laundromat to dry the laundry.

She got a new dryer on Thursday. It's a GE dryer, and it's made in Canada.

A large pool of ice cubes would have been beyond wonderful earlier today.

But raspberry sorbet sounds delightful now!

Oh Rellskie! We joked with son that the apartment at UCLA move in date surely will be scheduled for the next heat wave!
His entire apartment is boxed and furniture stacked in our living room. We have a really large living room and it is packed.

Dad's birthday was great. We just all went out to eat and for some ice cream.
