Everyone has their "collectibles". Pens are pretty amazing. My former partner collected watches and had one that cost $350k. Part of why I left is that company money was used to buy that damn thing.

Blancpain. IIRC he had some IWCs, at least one Breguet, and a Jaeger Le Coulter (sp). The collection was remarkable.
