Hoping to reach some new Nintendo Switch owners here! If you've just picked one up, what are your first impressions? You happy with it? Disappointed? What do you love/hate?

    I LOVE the games!
Breath of the wild is the best!

That being said the joycons are a little small for hands...
So I like to play with a pro controller!

I also love the portability of being able to play games on-the-go, while I watch in lines, ride in cars, and basically all of my free time.

Definitely buy one if you haven't already!

I've played with the switch for a bit. My thoughts are:
    * Handheld it's a bit heavy. Meaning it's a nice option for mobile-at-home, but maybe not so much for gaming on the go. And on that note, the joy cons in sideways mode are not so nice. I tried playing some local multi arms with those and it was a pretty awful experience actually D:
    * The joy cons in the little dock controller thingy is pretty okay, but it feels significantly less nice than using any other current gen console controllers, including the Switch's pro controller. It's passable, but I'd be a little worried about how they'll hold up to extensive use, especially since they're extremely expensive to replace.
    * The UI is really fantastic. Sony and Microsoft's console interfaces seem to always only get worse, so it's nice to see Nintendo has actually improved over the Wii U's interface.
    * The screen on the device looks really good, I just wish it were a little more comfortable to hold in this mode.
    * Pretty solid game selection at this point. If you're coming from Wii U, maybe not so much, but since a lot of people skipped on the Wii U, having Zelda and Mario Kart be available is pretty nice.

Is it still heavy after using the Joy Cons with that little dock. I don't know what it's called, but you remove the joy cons from the screen, hope you understand lol

I'm not totally sure what you mean. If you're referring to when you form a "normal" controller with the joycons, yeah that is light. It's the screen/console itself which is a bit heavier than you might be expecting.
