The Digital Nomad
Hi all,
My name is Roy, my home address is in the Netherlands but I'm not often there. I travel as much as possible for work and leisure and every time I bring my Apple stuff with me. As long as it's portable of course.
I'm an entrepreneur and work from behind my MacBook. Since 2016 I'm not bringing any photo gear with me because I take all my pictures with my iPhone and process them afterwards with cool apps.
So I like to share my experiences with you all! Feel free to ask :-)
Roy

Hey Roy, Welcome to iMore :D
The iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 certainly does allow us to take beautiful photos. It's amazing to think that my phone camera can now take better photos than my high end camera i bought just 6 years ago. They are certainly catching up quickly.

Re: The Digital Nomad
Well, that's hard to say. I really loved Peru and Mexico, but Cambodia was also a great experience :-)

Re: The Digital Nomad
Mexico's amazing, one of my favorite places for sure. Has any Apple product made travelling significantly easier?

Re: The Digital Nomad
For sure, the biggest step forward for me is not having to take my bulky DSLR, flashes and lenses with me. The iPhone 7+ has great benefits and takes stunning images. The only thing missing is taking high-speed pictures or when there's really low-light.
And of course the MacBook Air is such a great travel partner. Especially because most of my work is done online. I recently switched my MacBook Pro 15" to the new MacBook Pro 13". So now I take this one with me.
