I truly from my heart that you don't take this personal but my Pet Peave is to tell anyone to find an answer is to "Search" especially if they are new. If they do it on their own fine but someone no matter who they are that wants info... Telling them to "Search" is not an answer.

Please don't get mad for my opinion.
