I saw King Crimson at the Starwood amphitheater in Antioch TN. Amazing musicians, but not my kind of music. They just sound strange to me. The "stick" base was interesting.

This will be my second time. I saw King Crimson in 2001. I wasn't crazy about that version, since it had an industrial style sound, but this latest version is doing a lot of the early material from Court, Larks',etc.

It was '96 when I saw them. It was a fest with Blues Traveler, Lenny Kravitz (with the long dreads), and other bands of the day.

I saw King Crimson on 24 November 2017. The show was amazing. Robert Fripp made those complex guitar passages appear effortless, there were 3 drummers, and the current vocalist Jakko did an awesome job on the vocals originally done by Greg Lake and John Wetton. Mel Collins was terrific on sax/flute, and Tony Levin is a monster on bass.
