Pretty sure that you're out of luck on this one, unless there are extenuating circumstances and/or you can somehow convince the Genuises that your phone in particular is majorly malfunctioning. I'd give it a shot at least.

I'm really surprised at how solid (and aesthetically pleasing) the Bumpers really are. My friend just got his (black in color) and it really adds a lot to the phone--and this coming from a case skeptic! :rolleyes: Have yet to receive mine, but I just ordered it earlier in the week.

This used to happen to me a lot with my old iPhone 3G. It still happens with my iP4, but relatively rarely (once every two days?). Either way, it's definitely no cause for concern; I've had no problems with either phone.

This seems to be a common bug with the new update. I'd call AT&T and see if it's provisioned or not, or try resetting the network settings (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings). Good luck!
