How much does it cost to upgrade to leopard?

I can not install the latest iTunes cause I do not have OS 10.5

For some reason my mac wont register when I connect my iPhone. The cable is fine and all the ports are working, and the phone can connect to my PC just fine and any other accessory but my mac doesn't even register it as plugged in. Any suggestions?

ok so I restored my phone cause iTunes said it could not read it. After I restored it it could not sync to iTunes cause a file was missing. Now it says I have to restore it again. Whats going on?
