I advise you not to order the Genius Case from Enki. The customer service is horrible and does not contact you back. Reviews on Facebook have been horrendous and do not match up to the 29.99 price. Terrible! I asked for my order to be cancelled, and the next day I am charged for my order...

I downloaded Netflix, and it isn't on any of the home screens. I o back to the app store to see if i downloaded it, and it says its installed. What's the problem? Thanks.
