Verizon wont let you pick up from UPS?

I'm going to give that a try tomorrow morning. I'm not leaving that place without my phone...

Verizon wont let you pick up from UPS?

Has anyone picked up their phone from UPS? I called them and they said Verizon wont let you pick up... they just have to keep trying to deliver?
