I was havnig the same issue with iOS 13. Then I realized once I disable the Bedtime app and just go with the regular Alarm, with Alarm as sound, it's pretty loud and it's all good now. Hope this helps!

Thanks for sharing the pics. I typically go with the Zagg ones. For me it's more the convinience, we have a Zagg kiosk at our local mall. So, if the glass craks or starts peeling, I can just go there and get a new one installed for $7 any number of times as long as I have the same device.
