I have an iPhone 6+ OS 9.0.2 and Verizon is my carrier. When I receive a voicemail it plays back so slow I am unable to understand the words being spoken. After a day or two it will play back at normal speed. I am sure the problem is on my end because I am unable to find a thread with this...
