    Trying to unlock a ipad 2 A1395 activation locked

    Bought a iPad 2 A1395 it's activation locked has number for previous owner but phone is no longer in service ... I would like to unlock this device I have tried the dns unlock method but I do not think it works arleast for me Any advice would be appreciated
