Yes they do, at least they did for my XS. They have a special machine thing to put the belkin glass on. I had mine put on by them right out of the box. Peeled the plastic off and straight to the screen protector.

Your phone will be there. If you pick a time and make the appt and its set on the date it will be there lol. Its reserved fro you and that time they wont just sell it to someone else.

Depends on the situation. If you're on the upgrade program, its a no brainer to just pay the same amount or $5 more w.e and just always have the newest phone. Hell no would I pay full retail for it or spend any considerate money on it if i already have an X/XS

Same. I actually thought about paying off the XS, selling/ trading it in, and getting an Android....then I realized I'd probably hate my life and that decision 2 weeks after.

I had the X, and the XS so I went with the Max so I feel like I'm actually getting a "new/different" phone. I had the 6+ so I'm comfy with the size.

Ordered the 64gb Max in green. Pickup date on the 20th easy peasy. I did pickup as likely no one will be home to sign, and I HATE chasing/relying on FedEx. Also this way they can just take my current XS as I'm on the Apple upgrade program.
