Thank you for confirming. I think best approach is factory reset now that I am on 8.2 and then reinstall from iCloud. All else fails. Gift the Ipad3 and get the Air2.

Ok. So re install all apps and data from icloud backup after a wipe? I do not have a backup on pc so this seems to be the only action and it would mean still 8.2 but cleanly loaded apps and settings.

Here is a new one. Voicemail badge is lit for phone. Went to phone voicemail and checked voice messages twice and also soft reset phone. Badge will not go away for 1 voice message.

I posted another thread on this but my camera is in operable. Only the front camera is working. When changing to the back camera the application freezes and the screen is blurred and blanked out. I've made an appointment with the genius bar on Sunday.

I wonder if there will be a flock of these coming back. A simple QC issue maybe

Nothing on or near lense. If you try to snap a picture against the blurred screen the app freezes up. You can exit and re-launch and then flip to the front facing camera which is operable and takes photos. Will have to sit tight for some time as the store will probably not have...

Only takes pics from front facing camera. Will not show a screen when set to main back camera. A date with the apple Genius Bar and only six hours old.
