It's a known issue with restoring from a jailbroken 3GS. Search on the forums for answers to that issue.

i dont have the percentage enabled, just judging by the picture indicator. Tried the restart, too. Seems to stay at the same level as before restart. Will keep an eye on it, might have to go back to stock for a day or two to test further...

Gumboot, excellent find! I left the attempts to fix that via a restore until 3.1, just wasnt that big of a deal to me. Thanks for posting it!
