I plugged in my iPhone and connected to iTunes to remove the app through there and it just removed it from the folder it was in and it popped back up on the second page still greyed out with the "waiting" dialogue.

I have surpassed the 32gb limit on my mini, although a very sizable portion is movies and music.

Hahaha what's worse is I always, I mean always set up as new. Especially for a major phone update. And I still add everything back to how I had it originally. I screenshot my iPad/iPhone and reference it when adding my apps back so I know how I had it.
