Undo the jailbreak

Or re-jailbreak, re-load Cydia, re-load the app you changed the carrier name and put it back to AT&T or whatever you use and then restore again, :)

You should look at things like BiteSms, Lockinfo those two in themselves are worth jailbreaking.

I'm currently trying out biteSMS and I love it. Reply on lockscreen works great. One feature I like is if someone is responding to a tweet it shows the original tweet in the same bubble. Bitesms is also on sale right now. Half off till June.
