Obviously as others have said it will happen but nobody knows when. I don't think it will be for a long time because the iPad 3 will most likely have the A6 in it which will be very hard for the devs to jailbreak.

I don't think the name will involve "HD" at all. Even if they do make the screen much better it probably won't be as good as the 4S so calling it "HD" might be kind of misleading. I think they'll call it either iPad 2S if there is no redesign, and iPad 3 if they do have a redesign.

So I'm selling my iPad 1st gen 16gb to get some money so I can buy the new iPad when it comes out. How much do you guys think I could get for it on eBay? Its in pretty good condition, just minor scratches and I'm selling it with on otterbox defender case.

So, i just downlaoded ios 5 and went to use imessage. I typed in my email and hit next. It said "verifying" and loaded for a little while but then just went back to where you type in your email... also, i'm on an ipad 1. Anyone else have this problem? got a fix?

So I pre-ordered a white 16gb 4s last night and I'm just starting to look for cases now. Now, I know that the 4s has the same exact dimensions as the 4 but most places sell cases for the att iphone 4 and the verizon iphone 4. So will both fit on the 4s?

I know it hasn't really been disclosed yet, but does anyone have any information on whether or not Verizon will allow people to upgrade early for the 4s?

Well how much time is left on your contract? If it doesn't come to Tmobile and your contract is up or almost up, you could wait and switch to ATT or Verizon?
