Maybe I missed the point, but shouldn't I be in the camera app and then focus on a group of people that I want to take a photo of and little blocks are supposed to appear around their faces, hence "face detection"? Isn't this supposed to work like "smile detection" does on my normal camera...

I found a little trick that improved my battery life a bit. Settings>location>system settings> time zone> "switch off". This little feature runs continuously in the background. I don't need this because I'm not moving between time zones. --- I am here...
