Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with these guys? I'm still having problems with this app (see post #46) and I've emailed them several times without a response. I'm pissed that I spent money on this app and now I can't even get support when the app is clearly not working right for me.

I can't speak for anyone else but I've sent them a couple of crash reports/logs and haven't heard back from them. I'm sure they're inundated with crash logs though since so many people are having problems.

I don't do cracked apps either but in a case like this where there are so many reports of crashing, I wish I had tried it first. If you can find a cracked version, definitely try it and only buy it if it works. Or just wait for them to fix the bugs and then maybe buy it then. It's a great...

Crashes my phone every single time on incoming calls. That's why these apps need a trial period - I shelled out $4 for this thing and I can't even use it.

Can I just run the latest redsn0w right over the top of my jb and select the "Install Cydia" option? Will that just reinstall Cydia for me and "re-jb" my phone? Any reason I can't do that?

Bumping this because I really don't think ultrasn0w is the culprit (had the same problem with Snappy). Does anyone have a permanent fix for this other than rejailbreaking?

I really don't know. I think that choosing that option will re-jb my phone my though, not just reinstall Cydia.

Thanks - I really appreciate it. I'm still scouring the web looking for a fix too. I actually saw something about reinstalling Cydia using the .deb file but that doesn't seem to be working for me either. I've had issues with Cydia before but this is definitely the worst one so far.
