Have to mention Cut the Rope here as well since the game is almost perfect for iPad! Other than that the Top5 is pretty hard to do. And of course I should throw in a shameless promotion of our own game, Downbound, as well. So there!

I've managed to avoid most crap apps, but some games with super high-priced ingame items are pretty rediculous.

I want one! Cut the Rope is easily one of the best iOS apps out there.
