I think the ESPN app stinks...one thing I tried when I ordered the UFC app was reminded it a couple minutes so the buffering would have a chance to stay caught up..,I was 3 minutes behind on the Jon Jones fight but it worked pretty good.

FYi...if you were to use "ExFat" you can jump between both no problem. No file size limit either.

Although it's not desirable, what I do is turn the Apple TV to 720p...it helps A LOT!!!

Try changing your default resolution to 720p. I know you are sacrificing some quality, but that is what I did for lag issues and it fixed any issue that I had!

I would think you have three options: 1. Order a replacement battery and replace it yourself (look at i fixit.com) 2. Find somewhere to get the battery replaced. 3. Get a new iPhone, as the 4s is almost 4 years old.
