Hi, will the Apple Watch base its calories burned throughout the day or exercise on reading from the Heart Rate Sensor or just the amount of calories burned based on distance/speed etc like fitbit does.

Ill see what the apps inbuilt notification settings are. I see imore forums has one which you can toggle off different notifications.

I just installed imore forums that seems to work. My understanding of Notification was all Twitter Feed and instagram get sent there so I could just swipe down to see what is new
