I just spoke with Verizon and the customer Svc rep told me that within the next 48 hours I should get my tracking number. She said once I have my tracking number I can call in, give them my tracking number and they can research it and possibly expedite it for me! She was very sweet.

We ordered the I phone 5 for my son Sat Sept 15 at the Northpoint Mall In Roswell GA apple store through Verizon and I am getting a delivery date between Oct 10-16th and all I have is an email with an order number W435961826
