That wasn't my problem. It doesn't tell me when itt will be able to be picked up. and I needed to do it early. I ordered it and I will sill go early. If my online order is still not ready for pickup at 8 I will wait with the others and cancel the online order

I figured out my touch I'd problem. It seems to be faulty hardware. I am bringing it to the apple store today. If the button is pressed and rotated clockwise slightly then the fingerprint won't sense. If it is pressed in again and rotated back counterclockwise it will start to function again...

I went with Square trade for 3 years of coverage. I trade up every year and steal my kids upgrades and my old phone always become hand me downs. The coverage is more for them than me in 2-3 years anyway
