No. I have good wifi. Everything other works perfect

I'm using huawei modem, with wifi. When I'm connected on that wifi, with my iPad or iPhone, everything works fine, except facebook messenger. It's almost always saying 'connecting'. And every few time it finish connecting, and it last little until it says again connecting. On every other wifi...
