When I checked "sync tones", I got a message "Are you sure you want to synch tones? All existing songs, movies and TV shows on the iPhone will be removed." That message made me a little nervous...

I have an iphone 4 that I have purchased ringtones for. When I updated to the software that isn't the most recent, the ring tones show up listed on itunes under my device but I don't know how to get them back on my phone. Can anyone help? On principle, I don't want to purchase again! Thanks!
