Use Co-Pilot Live on the iPhone. The US-only version costs $4.99 and it doesn't rely on a network connection for maps in the same way Google's Navigator does.

I feel like the iPhone is...a phone. And like all other mobile phones, it has strengths and weaknesses. No self-respecting god would settle for such an average device. ;) Maybe THAT'S the real reason you have one.

The Enterprise Plan is intended for Microsoft Exchange use, but they don't have the means (or don't care enough) to check each customer to see if they've got the correct service. Generally, they charge this to their corporate customers who end up getting a discount off the $45/mo anyway...
