Week2
My goal is to continue Carbo excrise. Increase my streath excrise to 5 sets of 25 each. To stop eating junk food and sugary drinks.
Ok this is all starting tommorw. Let me finish my 4 sets tonight.
I did 40 minutes of active games. I did 100 jumping jacks. I did 4 sets of 20 of each ofthe strength excrises with mountain climbers 20 each for 1 and 2 leg.:):)

Today I did 4 sets of 15 push-ups, curl-ups, squats, one leg mountain climbers, and two leg mountain climbers. In some sets with some exercises I went over 15. I also did 370 jumping-jacks. I did jumping-jacks for a half hour.

Today I did push-ups, curl-ups, squats, one leg mountain climbers, and two leg mountain climbers. I did 15 of them each set. I did 4 sets. In some sets I went over 15 on some the exercises. I rode my bike for a half hour and exercised my dog and me for a hour.
I did 4 sets of pushups, curl ups, squats, one leg mountain climbers, and two leg mountain climbers this morning. I did mostly 15 of them in each set but some sets I went over 15 on some exercises.
Stating
I'm starting with Cardio training. I actually started today. I rode my bike for a half hour. I exercised my dog for an hour (wich included running).
