In Houston, Tx I have gotten as high as 26 Mbps down with 12 or so up. It does vary by location but is a lot faster than my home connection (16)

Apple delivered my phone to my house on the release day, and I have had no problems whatsoever. I think I went through 6 iPhone 4's before the problems went away but not the 4S. Perfect first time and every time.

I too did it on both my 4S and my iPad 2. Both went very well. I love being able to update and not be tethered to iTunes at my desk. Took 10-15 on each device and went without a hitch. Now all we have to hope for is that it helps battery life!

Every time I tried to use it today (Saturday), it said that it could not connect to the network......lame!

Took this last week when I was in Maine on vacation. Just my little ole iPhone 4S. Love it so. I took the same shot with my Nikon D-7000 and I could hardly tell the difference. Nice camera, worth the upgrade.
