Re: Why is Siri saying, "I can't take any requests right now"? Siri (typically) doesn't take requests when you don't have a network connection.

I learned through trial and error. This ^ is good advice. Makes all the difference. It's the long way around, but it usually works.

I installed iOS 8 OTA with no issues, and I liked what I saw. Everything seemed to work well at first. Later discovered that my car audio system would no longer read my (tagged) iTunes library. Bluetooth became buggy. Everything had always worked perfectly with iOS 7.x.x. Also, later discovered...

Is that a body glove case? That built-in plastic screen protector can be removed. Get an inexpensive glass screen protector for the phone (you know where), and enjoy that nice case.

I used a GSM ipsw for my T-Mo 5S. Had to restore as new but it worked fine.
