If you have an Iphone 7 go with the Apple smart case. I have one for my 6s and i love it. I choose that over the Mophie case any day.

Thank you. i do kina like it as its not as thick. Just wonder about the quality. I have had a few bad experiences with some of the nock off battery cases out there when i tied to test out cheaper cases.

Battery life on my 7 plus was great till i started playing Guns of Boom. Now i need to charge it a lot more often. :) Mophie has been around for a while and typically has great products.

has it been taken apart for repair? If so they might not have assembled it back right and the antenna connections might be loose.

With shampoo you should rinse and repeat. LOL Take it to a service center as soon as possible. The shampoo might have something in it that could be corrosive to the board or conduct electricity and cause a short. Both are bad.

Nope not normal. It either is a replacement screen which wasnt manufactured to the right specifications or you have pressure points intnerally causing the screen to warp ever so slightly.

Or do you mean carrier locks? In the USA if you have an ATT iPhone its locked to ATT usage unless you unlock it to work with other carriers. Carrier locks are also network locks.

Assuming your backing up your phone with iCloud then enable everything, then put phone in DFU mode and hook up to a computer with iTunes. Once thats done restore your phone with the most recent back up. Theres plenty of documentation out there on how to do it.

I would not wait for the new OS to come up. Do the wipe and install new OS and set the phone back up. This will allow you to compare battery usage with the same OS as you have now, assuming you did keep the OS up to date and you have 10.3.2 on there. Its one less variable you have to worry...

Well you have to get past the whole electricity not passing through a metal case. Thats a big reason units with a metal body dont have or support wireless charging. Once that problem as been addressed then sure its possible. Apple will invent wireless charging then.

I would suggest its an Intel vs Qualcom issue but if you have an ATT 7 plus and TMO 7 plus they both have Intel chips. Give us more info. As another person already thought you were switching sim cards. are you in an area where its worked great before? lots of missing info.

Does your phone get or stay warm when its been sitting for a while, not charging? A bad battery will not produce excessive heat where as a good battery with a heavy load will produce heat and short life. In this case load would be an app or log signal or a glitch causing heavy processor usage.

Knowing what i know now, i would wait IF your on a GSM carrier. The GSM variant of the 7 and 7 plus have Intel chips and are under performing big time on cellular side of things...
