Glad to hear everything worked out:) My original iPad (which has been passed down to my 6 year old) has the same thing on the screen. It's not affecting performance so I'm going with the whole "if it ani't broke, don't fixit" school of thought:D

I went from a 16gb first generation to 32gb new iPad and the difference is off the charts! I know I'm repeating what many earlier members have said but, if you can swing it, go for at least the 32gb new iPad. However, since you can pick up a 32gb iPad 2 for such a great price, I wouldn't...
