i had issues when trying to jb with limera1n when it first came out, turns out i didnt have it connected to itunes while i tried, that solved the problem on the third try....

mine is on 4.1 as well, with baseband 05.14.02, i used limera1n and it worked great to JB it, but if its the new bootrom, it cant be unlocked yet.... their saying a couple days after apple releases 4.2, there should be an unlock.... we'll have to wait till then. good luck.

yeah, you should see limera1n icon on the screen, then it should turn off..... are you running it with ITunes running as well? you need to have ITunes running as well..... ginnz.

Hi guys, just a quick question here, a couple weeks ago, i acquired an IPhone 3gs, that was activated, but locked to at&t, anyways, as being a complete noob, and never owning an iphone, or ipod touch, i jailbroke it on jailbreakme.com, and then put the phone in DFU mode to check the baseband...

i used (still have) a cect m8 smartphone..... now i have a 3G 16 gb, and a 3GS 23gb.....love em!

Hi, is there any new info on unlocking an I-Phone 3Gs running OS4.0 with bootrom 359.3.2? im a TOTAL newb to the iphone scene, but a vetran in the DSS/Dishnet world, and PSP/Ps2/Wii scene...... ive been reading up on this stuff for a day or so, and am confused on a few things. a guy i know...
