I have iOS 10 on my iPhone and upgraded my Apple TV to the latest software this morning 9/14/16. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to enable remote access to HomeKit. It says: No accessories responding. Remote access not set up. FYI - I did set up 2 step authentication.

I can't get iMovie to upload to YouTube My 4K video is 10 min and 30 seconds. It processes and then stops. The uploading process never starts. Please help. FYI - I have to do it on iPhone 6s. I don't have a Mac or a PC. My laptop is locked down for work.
