It's possible that it just means It'll charge a Samsung at 10W and the iPhone would still charge at 7.5W.

For those that say they don’t have the issue... have you tried locking the phone/turning the screen off and waiting at least a minute and then plugging in the charger without tapping on the screen or waking it in any way? That’s the only way I can duplicate the issue.

But there is a direct correlation to more battery life and a larger battery. I think that's simply the OPs point.

I got a departure scan from the UPS Kentucky hub a few hours ago. It's enroute to my location for delivery tomorrow.

I should have said all the latest models (XS, XS Max and XR). That's what I meant. Obviously they still sell the 7 and 8 but point was going forward they all will have face id. Last year they only had one model that did face id.

Now that all their current models do face id, I have a feeling next year Face ID 2 will be one of the big selling points they'll use. I was hoping for further improvements this year but doubted we'd actually set it since they only have had one model phone out prior that had it.

Well my order went super smoothly last night. My order was in by 3:02 am Eastern Time. Will be delivered Friday. Haven't decided if I'll take the day off but I'm at least definitely working from home that day to be home when it arrives.
