According to Verizon early this morning my device shipped. I have a UPS tracking number but keep getting "Tracking information is not yet available. Please try again later". Anyone else have this issue?

Store pickup as far as I can see online isn't even an option. It automatically starts giving me shipping information. I would rather see a list of corporate stores and any inventory they may have. That's why I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

What option do I choose to get someone at the store? Billing, troubleshooting etc...all I want to do is find out if they have any 7+ in lol

I have my preorder receipt with a local phone number on it but when I call it I get sent to a phone tree. Any tips on how I can call the store vs driving across town just to see if any stock is in?

I was planning on doing this. So if I get my phone via pre-order do I take the trade in phone into Verizon later or something?

Called 2 Authorized Verizon retailers and they didn't get a single 7 Plus. Tried to call the local Verizon store and it goes to the phone tree and I couldnt figure out how to get through to the actual corporate store. All the news is reporting is the newest piano. Lack or whatever they are...

How did you do that? I asked the Verizon rep if I could just come in and pick up the phone and he said no due to liability and they had to ship it to me. No way u have to hassle with missing the FedEx person and waiting additional days.

No just black. Frankly don't care what color. Will be covered with a case.

That's crazy they only had 8-10 phones in stock...

I preordered Sunday and received an October 12th ship date. The Verizon guy said it was extremely likely that it would ship sooner. I just thought of I could pick it up at the store it would be easier. They won't let me preorder and pick up at the store. Since I work a lot I'll probably miss...

Lol! That would def make it more comfortable lol! What are you planning on doing this year? Hoping since I live in a retirement state and city maybe it won't be so bad...

Thanks for the response! Guess I'll just have to swing by there and see what the situation looks like around 7. I want the phone bad but not bad enough to stand in line for several hours. I don't think...😇

Does anyone have any experience going to Verizon day of new iPhone launch? I've never gone in and waited for an iPhone before. Currently have the iPhone 7 plus 32gb black on preorder but was told if I could find one morning of they could just cancel it and I wouldn't have to wait until 10/12...
