Pre-iOS5, you could edit your iPod app toolbar and it would "stick" in the media picker for other apps to utilize. The toolbar would be common for all 3rd party apps. In iOS5, the (now) Music app toolbar can be edited, but the media picker doesn't retain that edited toolbar. Can anyone else...

Same here, alxndr33. I'm a newb too, cuz I get the same mysterious results you do. My Cydget seems to be installed, same with Element. Yet, nothing shows up. Pretty underwhelming so far.

Uplink, have you tried Waze? It's totally free, network-only map data, but surprisingly good navigation.

Me wanty! Another application for the western region version! I hear great things about Navigon, so here's my chance to test out the praise. I've already purchased Magellan's RoadMate app, and wow, what a disappointment.

oops, strike that. There?s a button called ?Individual? which does in fact show the data consumption for each line on the account. Nice little app!

Woody, I disagree. I have the myWireless AT&T app. There?s no actual data listed under its Usage screen. The ?data? tab only shows text messages.

Good points, Alli. Oh well. I guess it?s more of a complaint with Apple?s return policy. Some of these apps are expensive, with no real way to test drive, per se.

One of those situations where I wish I?d taken the time and gone all ?consumer reports? with it, taken my time, read more reviews, etc. It looks to me that the Tom Tom app is more actively supported and better integrated with the iPhone OS.
