Went back to 2013. Looked at all the os x install downloads, and did not see any in the range of os x 10.7-10.10 that were not updates to the original install. They all required the base install as a system requirement.
Thanks, but what I need is not there. Can't upgrade directly to Sierra as OS X 10.7+ is required first. So I need 10.7 or 10.8...10.10 first. Upgrades to 10.10.1, for instance, are available, but they require 10.10 first, as they are upgrades to original versions. Ditto for all the others...
