    Missing Cydia after restoring old settings

    Ok let see if anybody can fix this, think I am done for. One, I got a iPad and restored older settings an apps. Also did this to remove all the other persons old apps and such. I though it would be fine, well I was wrong. Upon restart, Cydia was missing but some of the old jailbroken apps...
