I'm not sure that's the issue, since the primary cable that I use at home, came with my 6 plus.

Since updating to 8.4, I've been randomly receiving error messages stating that the charging accessory is not supported, regardless if it's an official Apple usb cable/plug or a third party charger. Has anyone else observed this issue?

I bet you have a business account, correct? If so, I'm in the same situation, which really sucks. It seems pretty unfair that business accounts are excluded from being able to order directly through Apple.com and taking advantage of in store pick up.

jalba3, I'm in the exact same situation as you, only I'm on Verizon. There doesn't seem to be a way to order on Apple's website via our account either.

We do, but they've been pretty unresponsive for the most part. When they do respond, it's been nothing more than a scripted answer, to which they just say the Verizon online store or a brick and mortar are our only options. I guess since we only have 14 lines under our account, we're not big...

I had tried to order through Apple's online store, as suggested by many, so that I could pick up an iPhone 5 in store. However, Apple apparently does not support this type of account. I did order directly at a Verizon store, but would love to pick a phone up before the promised ship by 10/26...

Hmm, not sure if you're all just lucky or if ordering in store at Verizon was just a bad idea. On a side note, would have ordered it directly through Apple.com, but they don't support Verizon business accounts, grrr.
