Hey guys, I just updated to the new redsn0w_mac_0.9.9b8 and the new IOS5.1 and in the process i lost all my cydia tweaks even a few i purchased how can i get those back?

Seems like i just cant get WinterBoard to work...I install it and when the reboot kicks in it goes in safe mode..and i have to uninstall it...Has winterboard been updated?
