No I went into settings and hit reset settings only and keep content the phone then rebooted and I still have this. I tried to hard reset still this

I attempted to erase all settings but keep content and I now have this if o hard reset it'll eventually come back to this

So in relation to my music issue I tried deleting the app and re installing and hard re set didn't work. Tried erasing all settings and it's stuck at 3/4 and has basically bricked my device because I can't get into it. So I now have a phone I can't even reset!
