trouble with wi-fi and 4s

I cannot seem to download apps or get updates....all was fine with my iphone 4, but 4s...not so much anyone else having this trouble??

How do you place your icons?

I just looked and decided I am using far too many folders, and want to do so with less folders. How do you organize your icons, I am looking for ideas

what can i install to get rid of slide to open and the tranlucent bar behind the clock. I just want a clean looking clock screen
