im not getting the 4.3.1 firmware ipsw and when i download 4.3.1 (4 GSM): iPhone3,1_4.3.1_8G4_Restore.ipsw it becomes a zip file

are there any apps that will let me block calls??? Hi Guys gf been getting alot of calls she doesnt know who it's from it there a app that can block incoming calls and just answer calls from people from her contact list??? Thanks
